1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to fe77 services is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or fe77 policy.

2. Eligibility

Use of the fe77 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fe77 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years without exception. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are not located in, resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and gambling activities in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to confirm your legal standing before registering.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of fe77 or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.
• You do not have an existing fe77 account that has been suspended or permanently closed. Attempting to re-register after suspension is a violation of these terms.

3. Account Registration

To access fe77 services, you must create an account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address or mobile number, and country of residence. fe77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each member is permitted to maintain only one active account on the fe77 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via shared devices or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. fe77 may merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. fe77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify fe77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

fe77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of the request may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fe77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary by region and are subject to change without prior notice. INR transactions are supported for eligible South Asian members via card and digital wallet channels.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT (or equivalent in INR). Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day depending on your chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your fe77 balance promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. fe77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• fe77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the fe77 support team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are communicated within the Platform and may change from time to time.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. fe77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC checks.
• Processing times for withdrawals are generally between one and 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash or Nagad are typically the fastest channel.
• fe77 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests. Members may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Currency & Exchange Rates

fe77 accounts may be denominated in BDT or INR. Where currency conversion is required, fe77 applies a real-time mid-market exchange rate with a small administrative margin. The applicable rate is displayed at the point of transaction. fe77 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and bears no liability for fluctuations in currency values affecting member balances.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the fe77 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. fe77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly described in these rules.

5.2 Odds and Market Suspension

fe77 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any betting market at its sole discretion. Markets may be suspended due to news events, technical issues, or regulatory requirements. Bets placed on suspended or voided markets will have their stakes returned to the member's account. fe77's determination of event outcomes is final and binding.

5.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of a clear and obvious error in odds or market pricing — commonly referred to as a palpable error — fe77 reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. Examples include but are not limited to odds that are grossly inconsistent with the true market price at the time of the event.

5.4 Match Integrity

fe77 is committed to the integrity of all sports and casino events offered on the Platform. fe77 cooperates with sporting bodies including cricket boards and international federations to identify and report suspicious betting activity. Any member found to have knowledge of, or involvement in, match-fixing or event manipulation will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event and are displayed within the bet placement interface. fe77 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific accounts at its discretion, including where patterns of systematic or professional betting are identified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fe77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. fe77 determines eligibility at its sole discretion based on account status, deposit history, and geographic location.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Exact requirements are stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified. Expired bonus credits are automatically removed from the account without compensation.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account to manage their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure time alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to temporarily or permanently stop using fe77 may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or a permanent lifetime ban. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of fe77 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fe77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if fe77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of services caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond fe77's reasonable control.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, scores, or other information displayed on the Platform.
• Any transaction error or delay attributable to your bank, mobile money provider, or card network.

Nothing in this clause limits fe77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

fe77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any member account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, identity falsification, or money laundering.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requests within a reasonable period.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at fe77 staff or other members.
• Technical exploitation, use of automated betting tools, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, fe77 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the member's verified payment method following the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. fe77 operates as an online entertainment platform serving Bangladesh and South Asian markets. Members are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws in the jurisdiction from which they access the Platform.

Any dispute between a member and fe77 that cannot be resolved through the standard support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. fe77's decision on all betting and account matters shall be final and binding on both parties.
